After almost eight years with WECIL, we sadly say goodbye to our CEO Cheri Wilkins

WECIL CEO Announcement

It is with some sadness but also some excitement that I am writing to update you on changes that will be happening to WECIL from 1st March 2018.

It is with sadness we announce that Cheri Wilkins, will be leaving her role as Chief Executive Officer after being with WECIL for almost 8 years.  Cheri has supported the Trustees to grow the organisation and has guided the team through a programme of change that has resulted in greater financial and organisational stability.   She has decided that it is now time for her to step down and pursue other interests but she will be supporting the transition and handover process and she supported the Board with the recruitment of our new CEO.

We are excited to announce that Dominic Ellison has been appointed by the Board and he takes up his new duties on 1st March.  Dominic comes with passion and a wealth of experience, he is well placed to support the Board to sustain our culture of continual improvement and lead WECIL strongly into the future.

On behalf of the Board of Trustees we sincerely thank Cheri for the work, passion, direction and commitment that she has given to WECIL.   We are very pleased that she is not leaving us completely and will be working alongside us albeit in a different role.

We are sure that you will join us in welcoming Dominic to WECIL and we look forward to a very positive future for WECIL Ltd.

Yours sincerely

Collette Fox
