Free Peer Support Event

The next Peer Support Event 'Being the Boss' is to be held on Wednesday 16th June 2010 from 11am to 2pm at the Vassal Centre, Gill Avenue, Fishponds, Bristol, BS16 2QQ with guest speaker Anne Pridmore.
Guest Speaker Anne Pridmore was an early campaigner for Direct Payments and now runs a website called, 'Being the Boss' which helps to address the lack of peer support available to Disabled People who employ their own Personal Assistants. Anne is an experienced PA user with loads of useful information to pass on! Share experiences and queries with other Direct Payments recipients and ask questions of Anne or our Direct Payments Advisors who will be on hand.
This will be an informal event with plenty of opportunites to chat and meet other people.
