'Making Choices for Real Independence'
This was a 10 week learning programme which was part of 'The Direct Payments Untangled Project' at WECIL. This was an 18 month Department of Health funded project (November 2004 - May 2006) aimed to promote the confidence and take up of Direct Payments amongst currently under-represented groups and communities in our society.
