A. Yes
Q. Can I report a crime if I am not a disabled person?
A. Yes you can report a crime that you have witnessed.
Q. How will you help?
A. Our case worker can work out an action plan with you and can act on your behalf or support you in dealing with the incident.
Q. Will my details be confidential?A. All information and records will be confidential.
Q. Will the staff be empathic towards disabled people?A. Yes, WECIL work towards the Social Model of Disability and have experience of working with disabled people.
Q. Do you have a counselling service?
A. Our staff are not trained counsellors; however our staff will listen and support you, being heard is very important. If you need futher help, the caseworker will be happy to signpost you.
