WECIL is an organisation run and controlled by Disabled people. WECIL works with people to provide and develop the services they want in order for them to be able to take a full and active part in the community with control over their lives.

WECIL will be accountable to its service users and believes that all Disabled people have a right to the same range of choices and opportunities as non-disabled people. WECIL will continue to maintain its commitment to equality of opportunity for all.
