    In preparation for the personalisation agenda, we've been training up our social care workforce.

    We have recently completed 'Right Skills, Right Practice', a joint project with the City of Bristol College, piloting training for the social care workforce in preparation for the personalisation agenda. The pilot project was funded by Skills for Care. The research findings will be relevant to training providers and local authorities and is now available to view.
