The West of England Centre for Inclusive Living (WECIL Ltd) is a charity managed by disabled people working to make a real difference to the lives of disabled people and their families by delivering empowering services to build independence.
We seek people dedicated to the empowerment of disabled people, who will help us to deliver, develop and grow our services. WECIL particularly encourages applications from under-represented groups. As an organisation that is run by and for disabled people we are keen to employ disabled people. Our Positive About Disabled People accreditation recognises that we have a positive approach to employing disabled people in our organisation.
Our Recruitment and Selection process ensures that any Disabled person who applies for a job with us and meets all the essential criteria of that job will be guaranteed an interview.

A senior role, instrumental in developing WECIL's service offering, you'll be a core member of the management team.

Reporting to the Services Manager and responsible for the delivery of a variety of small projects, you must experienced in supporting staff to deliver services.

This role reports to the Services Manager and is responsible for the delivery of our direct payments support service.
Development Worker Closing date: 12th March, 4pm
A new role which has been created to support the generation of income and development of services.
Payroll Supervisor Closing date: 12th March, 4pm
In this important role, you will be responsible for the accurate maintenance of all financial records and work closely with the Finance Manager in managing the finances of the payroll company.
Payroll Assistant Closing date: 12th March, 4pm
