Become a corporate partner

At WECIL, we don't assume that one size fits all - not for the people who use our services, nor for our partners. Together with you, we will create a tailor-made partnership that brings invaluable benefits - both to disabled people and your business.

WECIL has a history of innovation and we use this same quality in our partnerships with businesses. We will work with you to achieve your goals and understand that you will need to see a return for your support. There are many ways that you can get involved and support our work and below are just a few starting points.

Charity of the Year and one-off fundraising

Fundraising for a charity can be very rewarding for employees, as well as great fun. Sporting challenges, baking, jumble sales – the possibilities are endless, and need only small amounts of support to enable employees to get involved.

Businesses can also provide match funding for one of our projects or activities such as: day trips that would be otherwise inaccessible for disabled people, creative workshops, job search support, digital training sessions at our Work Club and much more.

Gifts in Kind

Support for WECIL does not have to be monetary. Gifts relevant to your business could be incredibly useful to us and work on many different levels. Whether it be products that we could use as prizes, the free hire of a room for events or meetings, or professional expertise like marketing or legal advice, we would love to hear from you.

Use our payroll service

Shortly, we will launch a payroll service for small and medium sized enterprise businesses (SMEs). This is based on our twenty years of experience running the payroll for disabled people who employ their own personal assistants. This will be a competitively priced payroll offering for any SME, with the added benefit of  supporting WECIL’s work with disabled people.

Consultancy and training for employers and disabled employees

As an organisation run by disabled people, we understand the issues facing disabled employees and their employers. Our bespoke advice and training packages can help you to not only meet your obligations as an employer but go further to increase performance, improve workplace cohesion and create a more inclusive environment for staff as well as customers.

Talk to us

These are just some suggestions of how we could work together. If you’d like to discuss any of these or other options further, please contact our Business Development Manager, Kinny.Chinangwa on Kinny.Chinangwa@wecil.co.uk or call us on 0117 947 99 18.

Voscur @voscur
. @BristolCouncil's Quality of Life survey has been sent to 33,000 residents, but some groups ( #BAME residents and those in #Hotwells & Harbourside) are underrepresented so far. You have until midnight on Sunday 20 October to help shape democracy:
