Calling all cyclists – join the Tour of Broadmead!

We are thrilled to have been chosen as one the charities to benefit from the Tour of Broadmead, which is being organised by Bristol Shopping Quarter this summer.

The Tour of Broadmead is an eight-day fundraising event during which volunteer cyclists will cover the full distance of the Tour of Britain, without leaving Bristol Shopping Quarter!

On Saturday 27th August we will have a team of staff, clients and volunteers taking part in a sponsored cycle relay on static bikes in Broadmead. With the help of the team at Pure Gym Union Gate we will be aiming to cycle 100km, which is equal to the distance that the Tour of Britain competitors will ride when they tackle 16 laps of a circuit around London in September.

As well as sponsorship for the cyclists, there will also be a bucket collection on the day and shoppers will have the opportunity to take part in individual time trials in return for a small donation.

If you'd like to join our cycling team, we'd love to hear from you - please give us a call on 0117 9479945 or email stephmof@wecil.co.uk
