Mental Health Awareness Training

Did you know that we deliver Mental Health Awareness Training?

Approximately 1 in 4 people will experience a mental illness each year and 2015, 15.8 million work days were lost due to mental illness. Our Mental Health Awareness Training will provide you with the skills to gain a greater understanding of how you can manage staff and customer mental health in the workplace. 

  • Delivered and designed by a disabled person with lived experience of mental health
  • Understanding of the Social Model of Disability that relates to mental health
  • Save your business time, money and improve efficiency in supporting people with mental health conditions
  • Reduction in staff absence

  • Early intervention with staff who may or may not identify themselves as disabled or having issues with their mental wellbeing

All of our training is delivered by a professional and inspiring trainer who will ensure that everyone has the opportunity to take part in open and interactive discussions throughout the session. 

Training dates:


This is an open training session for individuals and businesses. You can book individual and multiple spaces for team members, there is a maximum capacity of fifteen delegates so early booking is advised to ensure that there is space.
