Disabled People’s helpline

WECIL runs a helpline for disabled people in Bristol to get in touch with any disability-related question.

Your questions answered

Please be advised that if you leave a voice mail for us then you must leave your name and contact number on the voicemail, otherwise we cannot call you back.

Our advisors can answer your queries on a range of topics, such as

  • Where can I get a blue badge?
  • How can I apply for a disability-related welfare benefit?
  • My child has additional needs – are there any services she can access?

If there is a question we cannot answer we will signpost you to somewhere that can, or give you as much information as possible.
